Solo-built a custom in-list advertising system for a grocery e-commerce app — CMS-configurable promotional banners woven into complex product lists, engineered and researched to ship without costing list-rendering performance.
Took an AI vehicle-damage-scanning app in-house from its vendor and onboarded a ReactJS team into React Native — teaching the framework from the differences up, mapping the project feature by feature, and handing them a system they could run without the vendor.
Brought in at discovery to evaluate a mobile commerce platform, then led one of two delivery streams (six engineers) as the client's primary contact — running POCs, growing mid engineers to senior, and contributing across the stack from React Native to the NodeJS backend.
Brought into a high-traffic US grocery app to fix payments and add a new payment method — built solo on the native-module side, integrating Braintree across the Swift/Kotlin–React Native bridge.
